• • Mutual agreement: Services are provided on a mutual agreement basis, ensuring satisfaction and clarity of conditions for both the service provider and the client.
  • Additional fee outside Tallinn: When ordering massage services outside Tallinn, an additional fee is applied, depending on the distance, to ensure quality accessibility regardless of location.
  • Holiday surcharge: During holiday periods, a surcharge of 50% of the chosen massage’s cost is added when booking, allowing clients to enjoy massages during holidays.
  • Pregnancy notification: In the case of pregnancy, clients must inform when booking a massage to ensure safe and personalized service.
  • Parking provision: The client is responsible for providing suitable parking for the massage therapist, ensuring smooth service and high quality.

Cancellation Policy

• • At least 48 hours notice: Clients must notify of a cancellation at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, an invoice will be sent, and the agreed-upon massage fee must be paid. This also applies to Stebby portal users (pre-purchased tickets are considered used).
